History
The company was incorporated on 1996/11/1 and manufactures assembled products including TV remote controls, lens control boards, and TV board charger boards/FPCBs.
Renamed Shanghai Hint Electronics Co., Ltd. and became a key supplier for major companies such as Sharp, Sanyo, Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi Corporation. Japanese clients account for over 75% of total revenue.
In 2004, imported industrial control products including elevator control boards and communication power supply boards, as well as Honda vehicle instrument panels; In 2005, obtained ISO 14001 certification.
2006: Imported automotive instrument panels for Honda (Nissan Keiki); 2007: Instrument panels, drive boards, and video surveillance boards for Golden Dragon Bus, Volkswagen, and others; 2008: Achieved IATF 16949 certification (NQA).
Import SAIC Motor Air Conditioning Control Module and Automotive Electronic Control Products separately.
In 2016, headquarters relocated to Jiading Malu to optimize production and operations, introducing the full range of SAIC LED lighting products. In 2017, the company became an Apple supplier. In 2018, a R&D center was established, Duoyue Technology was founded, and the company applied for National High-Tech Enterprise certification.
Imported Saqim Bio-Medical Devices, entered the AUTOV Global Automotive Supply Chain System, and integrated the automotive seat heating module.
2021: Introduced new products such as the Weijie intelligent robot main control board and millimeter-wave radar control board; 2022: Established a strategic partnership with United Imaging Healthcare and introduced electric vehicle motor controllers.
Zhejiang Jiashan factory officially commences operations with the launch of a professional SMT facility featuring a 10W-class cleanroom.
The company is launching a global foreign trade strategy, leveraging Alibaba.com to expand into overseas markets.
Joined Xiaomi's supply chain at the end of 2025; became a TE Connectivity supplier in Q1 of 2026.
